Hysea Summit Highlights AI’s Transformative Role

Hyderabad: The 32nd Hysea National Summit & Awards 2025 kicked off with a compelling discussion on AI & Beyond: Redefining the Future, highlighting Hyderabad’s rapid growth as a global Global Capability Center (GCC) hub.

The event brought together industry leaders, technology experts, and thought leaders to discuss AI’s evolving impact across sectors, including healthcare, cybersecurity, and agriculture. Hysea President Prashant Nandela opened the summit with an insightful keynote on AI’s role in shaping the future, emphasising the need for businesses to adapt to this technological revolution.

Phil Fersht, a renowned AI expert, stressed that AI is not merely automation but a fundamental shift in work, productivity, and innovation. He urged companies to embrace AI strategically to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

The summit also featured a session on Agentic AI, exploring how AI is advancing beyond automation to enhance workflows and foster human-like engagement. Industry leaders emphasised that AI’s success hinges on a balance between technology, human expertise, trust, and transparency. Healthcare advancements powered by AI were also a key focus, with Dr. Nageshwar Reddy sharing insights on how AI is transforming the field by reducing surgery time, improving diagnostics, and enabling predictive medicine. From smart hospitals to AI-driven scans, the future of healthcare is being revolutionised.

Beyond technology, the summit addressed the intersection of AI and spirituality. In a conversation with Pragya Misra, renowned spiritual leader Daaji (Kamlesh Patel) highlighted the importance of meditation and purpose-driven leadership in an AI-dominated world. He introduced his book, Power of Paradox, and led a guided meditation session, reinforcing the need for individuals to stay grounded and heart-centered amidst rapid technological progress.
